Frank X. Tolbert 2

Frank X. Tolbert 2 was born in Washington DC during WWII, but grew up in Dallas, Texas. He has been a practicing artist for five decades consistently showing his work. He has been collected by museums and private collectors throughout his life. He married artist, Ann Stautberg in 1978 in Dallas and now currently live in Houston.
